Energy saving, extremely low use cost at ordinary times
Tri-element tubes consist of two glass tubes which are fused together at one end. The inner tube
is coated with a selective coating with 12 layers of spattering deposition technology that absorbs
solar energy well. The coating is ALN/AIN-SS/CU by gradual change techniques,
which has better heating efficiency.
The air is withdrawn ("evacuated") from the space between the two glass tubes to form a vacuum,
which eliminates conductive and convective heat loss. Therefore, evacuated tubes could achieve up
to 380degree from theoretical condition, and act as the key component of solar water heater

Working Pinciple:
The selective coating on the inner tube collect solar energy and heat
the heat pipe through the aluminium fins. The liquid in the heat pipe changes into vapour and then rise up to transfer the heat to the condenser. Vapour becomes liquid after the heat been transferred. The process occurs again and again once the collector(s) is/are heated by the sun.
